What level of care do you provide? +
We provide full care ranging from basic assisted living (help with dressing, grooming, and mobility) to specialized medication management and memory support. Our care plans are highly individualized based on professional assessments.
Are meals included and can dietary needs be accommodated? +
Yes. We serve three nutritious, home-cooked meals daily along with healthy snacks. We strictly accommodate specific dietary requirements including diabetic, low-sodium, pureed, and allergy-specific diets.
What are the visiting hours for family? +
We encourage family involvement and maintain an open-door policy. Typical visiting hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM to respect residents' rest, but we can accommodate visits outside these hours with prior notice.
How do you handle medical emergencies? +
Our staff is trained in CPR and First Aid. In an emergency, we immediately contact 911, followed by notifications to the resident's physician and designated family members.
Do you accept long-term care insurance or Medicaid? +
We accept private pay and most major long-term care insurance policies. For Medicaid or state-funded programs, please contact our administrative team to discuss current availability and eligibility.
